Note: the location for this meeting has been changed due to a calendar conflict with this church location. The meeting will take place, instead, at the alternate location of the LDS church, located at 615 Baseline Road East, London, N6E 2R2. (1 block west of Wellington Rd)

A bit about our Speaker:

Dan Brock is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, where he earned an Honours BA in philosophy and a Masters in history, and has resided in London since 1962.

Dan taught at the elementary, secondary and college and university levels for 42 years before retiring in 2003. He is the current Past President of The London & Middlesex Historical Society and past chair of the London and Middlesex Branch of the Ontario Genealogical Society. He is also a long-time member of the Irish Benevolent Society.

Dan is the author of a few hundred articles and several books, largely pertaining to the eastern part of what is now southwestern Ontario and the Maltese in North America and continues to do so, his latest book being Fragments from the Forks: London Ontario’s Legacy. Dan is also the founder and editor of the free, monthly, e-newsletter The Maltese Presence in North America, which has a current estimated worldwide readership of some 20,000.
